MATT WYATT - Managing Director/Project Manager
After leaving Napier Boys High School in 2006, Matt secured an apprenticeship with a local construction company in Hawke's Bay where he completed his apprenticeship through a variety of large commercial and residential projects.
One year on as a qualified carpenter Matt moved to another well known construction company where over a 7 year period he progressed through the ranks from carpenter-supervisor–manager, where he managed the residential branch of the company in all aspects of the industry including but not limited to; budgets, board meetings, labour allocations, project management, quoting and invoicing.
After 10 years in the trade the opportunity to start PWL Builders Ltd presented itself and with abundance of support in 2017 this dream became a reality.
CRAIG LENNOX -Director/Foreman
Another local lad with a can do attitude, Craig completed his apprenticeship in Hawke's Bay with a large construction company in early 2000 before moving to another local large construction company.
In no time at all Craig found himself moving into the residential side of the company where he progressed from supervisor to senior foreman, becoming a well sort after employee.
After 15 years in the trade and oozing respect, Craig is an integral part of the company.
BROOK PRITCHARD -Director/Foreman
Building runs through the family for Brook, a young inspiring qualified carpenter that completed his apprenticeship in a family owned company in Hawke's Bay, followed by a 2 year stint of labour only contracting.
Brook was head hunted to another local residential building firm where he quickly became a site foreman, completing large scaled projects including multi million dollar dream homes and a variety of smaller homes, additions & alterations.
Brooks 12 years in the trade is evident in his enthusiasm and excitement.
